apparently in this illustration poor John Vianny's left hand was cought in some kind of horrible threshing accident. That or the artist was drawing that hand WITH HIS EYES CLOSED.
mangled hand aside, this is good. (though I agree it's not as good as your previous post)and that is a COOL confessional!
