I actually posted these on my
blog on the appropriate days, but I think you are right J.R. I was remiss not to post them here. I think most Smallpaxers have seen them from previous posts. At any rate these are more contemporary takes on traditional imagery.

Well, I normally really like your work, but to be honest I don't like these at all. They look like tattoo images. The coloring, the lettering, the lines... I'm sorry but nothing in these images reflects the beauty and wonder, let alone the sense of the mystic, that should accompany any worthwhile image of the Sacred Heart or the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
You can do better than this!
