Anthony, your work is amazing! I'm talking both about the portrait, and in regards to your work featured on your website. The dachshund with the hat is probably my favorite.
My education was primarily commercial, but I was pointed in the right direction by my professor regarding oil painting techniques. He showed me examples of layering methods which I've practiced for quite some time now.
